Jerome Olson (Olson), Jury Commissioner of Elk County, appeals from a decision of the Court of Common Pleas of the 59th Judicial District (Elk County Branch) (trial court) which denied Olson's post-trial relief and granted declaratory judgment to June Sorg, Christine Gavazzi and Daniel Freeburg, the Commissioners of Elk County and Elk County (Collectively, County).
