Carlynton School District (Employer) petitions this Court for review of an order of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board) finding Anthony Putaro (Claimant) eligible for unemployment compensation benefits for the week at issue. The Board reversed the Referee's decision and concluded that Employer's written assurance of continued employment contained economic terms substantially less than the terms of the previous year...
