A jury found Dexter Ross guilty of conspiring to possess with the intent to distribute marijuana in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 846, possession with the intent to distribute crack cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), and being a felon in possession in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 922(g)(1) and 924(a)(2).
