WILLIAMS, J.

The defendant, James R. Banks, was charged by bill of information with distribution of marijuana, a violation of LSA-R.S. 40:966(A). Following a jury trial, the defendant was found guilty as charged. He was sentenced to serve 12 years in prison at hard labor with credit for time served. For the following reasons, we affirm the defendant's conviction and sentence.
