This matter is before the Court on the summary-judgment motion of defendant Lady of America Franchise Corporation ("Lady of America"). Lady of America asks the Court to enter judgment in its favor on all of plaintiffs' claims against it and on its breach-of-contract counterclaims against plaintiffs.
