The City of Pittsburgh (Employer) petitions the Court for review of the October 13, 2006 order of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board) that reversed a decision of the referee to deny the claim for unemployment compensation benefits filed by Eva J. McCaskill (Claimant). Benefits were denied pursuant to Section 402.1(4) of the Unemployment Compensation Law (Law), Act of December 5, 1936, Second Ex.Sess., P.L. (1937) 2897...
