On January 12, 2006, Varoujan Deirmenjian and six other plaintiffs commenced this putative class action in Los Angeles Superior Court against Deutsche Bank, A.G., Dresdner, Bank, A.G., and certain fictitious defendants (collectively, "defendants" or "German Bank Defendants"). On February 10, 2006, the action was removed to this court.
