A four-month-old child was brought to Louisiana by his aunt and uncle, the plaintiffs, while his mother remained in jail in West Virginia. Upon the mother's release from jail, plaintiffs filed this custody action against her, bringing into application the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction Law ("UCCJL"), which has been adopted in Louisiana as La.
