OPINION BY McCAFFERY, J.:

¶ 1 Appellant, Scott McHale, appeals from the judgment of sentence imposed after this Court vacated one of his multiple convictions and remanded for re-sentencing. Specifically, Appellant asks us to determine whether the trial court made a legal error when it restructured the sentencing scheme to require consecutive rather than concurrent terms of imprisonment, and thereby imposed on remand the same total aggregate term of imprisonment...
