Pursuant to a plea bargain, David C. Quarzenski agreed to plead guilty to multiple charges, and the State agreed to cap its sentencing recommendation at seven years. At the sentencing hearing, the State made its promised recommendation, but additionally asked the circuit court to impose periods of extended supervision and probation on certain of the charges.
