This appeal arises from the district court's decision to grant temporary parenting time in conjunction with a domestic-abuse order for protection under Minn. Stat. § 518B.01 (2006). Appellant-mother argues that the district court lacked subject-matter jurisdiction and statutory authority to award temporary parenting time to respondent whose paternity of the child has been acknowledged by the parties in a recognition of parentage...
