¶ 1. O & J Loading Service, LLC appeals the trial court's ruling that its appeal of the March 17, 2003, decision of the Mississippi Employment Security Commission1 was untimely. The trial court also found that the Commission's decision was supported by substantial evidence. The March 17, 2003, decision ruled that O & J's former worker, Gerald Phelps, and other similarly situated workers were employees...
