Appellants-plaintiffs Terry and Julie Huber (collectively, the Hubers) appeal the trial court's judgment in favor of appellees-defendants Danny and Sheila Sering (collectively, the Serings), seeking to set aside the judgment of forfeiture regarding the Serings' real estate.
