Appellant-petitioner Nausher Sial appeals from the denial of his petition for post-conviction relief. Specifically, Sial makes two arguments, one of which is dispositive: he alleges that the post-conviction court erred in finding that he did not receive the ineffective assistance of trial counsel based on his attorney's failure to advise him that deportation was a possible consequence of a guilty plea.
