Bridgman Public Schools (the school district) appeals by leave granted the State Tenure Commission's rejection of the appointed hearing referee's decision to terminate the employment of James Lewis as a teacher and imposition of a long-term suspension without pay as the disciplinary consequence for his misconduct.
