On or about 3 January 2005, Travis Lee Scott ("Defendant") pled guilty to one count of felony possession of cocaine in violation of N.C. Gen.Stat. § 90-95(d)(2). The trial court sentenced Defendant to six to eight months in prison, suspended the sentence, and placed Defendant on supervised probation. On 5 September 2006, Defendant's probation officer filed a violation report alleging four violations...
