Plaintiff Sandra Lee Brady ("Brady") was employed by Defendant Boehringer Ingelheim Phamaceuticals, Inc. ("BIPI"), from October 12, 1992, until her involuntary termination on July 7, 2005. In this lawsuit, Brady alleges that BIPI discriminated against her on the basis of her age, her sex, and her disability status.
