After a conditional guilty plea, Gary Oh Ward was convicted of conspiracy to distribute marijuana, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2 and 21 U.S.C. § 846. Ward appeals the district court's1 denial of his motion to suppress. This court affirms.
