¶ 1. Jamieson Yul Magee was indicted on March 17, 2003, by a two count indictment for the transfer of a controlled substance, pursuant to Mississippi Code Annotated section 41-29-139(a)(1) (Supp.2003). Magee was sentenced to serve fifteen years for each count, with both sentences to run consecutively, all in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections (MDOC).
