Lake D'Arbonne Properties and CenterPoint Energy Arkla appeal a judgment finding that CenterPoint's installation of a gas pipeline caused a roadbed failure in a Union Parish subdivision. We amend the judgment to increase the amount of damages awarded to Lake D'Arbonne Properties by $2,550.00, and we affirm the judgment as amended.
