Terry Allen Garnette pleaded guilty to one count of producing child pornography in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2251(a) and one count of distributing child pornography in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2252(a)(2). The District Court1 calculated Garnette's advisory sentencing guidelines range as 180 to 210 months' imprisonment, but sentenced Garnette to 255 months' imprisonment. Garnette appeals his sentence.
