On 11 April 2005, plaintiff/appellant, Scott Cipriano ("Cipriano"), and defendant/appellee, Sidney Pulitzer ("Pulitzer"), were involved in an automobile accident in New Orleans after Pulitzer allegedly attempted an illegal left turn in front of Cipriano.
