For the reasons set forth in Arrington v. Galen-Med, et al., 04-1235 (La.App. 3 Cir. ___/___/___) 970 So.2d 540, 2007 WL 1946605, the judgment of the trial court is vacated and the case is remanded to the trial court with instructions.
