Before the Court is a letter, which the Court construes to be a motion, filed by the Defendant, Dwayne Richard Frosch. The Defendant attacks the Bureau of Prison's ("BOP") execution of his two consecutive sentences, apparently challenging the calculation and administration of his good time credit by the BOP.
