These consolidated cases arise out of an accident that occurred on Saginaw Street in Lansing. Defendant, the city of Lansing, appeals from orders of the trial court denying its motions for summary disposition. In Docket No. 270455, we conclude that the trial court properly denied summary disposition because the city could be found liable for creating an unnatural accumulation of snow that caused the accident, notwithstanding the provisions of the governmental...
