Chatham County Narcotics Agent Michael Delatorre stopped Michael Somesso's car to execute an arrest warrant on Somesso's passenger and subsequently searched the car, discovering marijuana and a pistol. Delatorre arrested Somesso for possessing marijuana, carrying a concealed weapon, and carrying a pistol without a license.
