WILLIAMS, Judge.

The defendant, Roy Lee Williams, was charged by grand jury indictment with first degree murder, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:30, and aggravated kidnapping, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:44. The defendant entered a plea of guilty to first degree murder, reserving the right to appeal certain pretrial issues pursuant to State v. Crosby, 338 So.2d 584 (La.1976).
