This criminal appeal arises from the First Judicial District Court, Parish of Caddo, State of Louisiana. The defendant, Melvin Wayne Lubom, was convicted of aggravated rape, La. R.S. 14:42(A)(4), and sentenced to a term of life imprisonment without benefit of probation, parole or suspension of sentence. Lubom appeals his conviction and for the following reasons, we affirm.
