The defendant, H.P.T., appeals from the judgments of conviction, rendered after a jury trial, in which his two cases were consolidated and tried jointly. On appeal, the defendant claims that he was denied his due process right to a fair trial because the prosecutor engaged in misconduct during closing argument.2 We affirm the judgments of the trial court.
