¶ 1 Wachovia Bank, N.A. ("Wachovia"), the plaintiff below, appeals from the October 5, 2006 order granting judgment on the pleadings in favor of the defendants, Renee Lynne Ferretti, Esq. ("Attorney Ferretti"), and her law practice, Brown, Brown, Solt & Ferretti (collectively, "Ferretti") in this legal malpractice case.
