We granted Wendy A.'s petition for further review of a Nebraska Court of Appeals' memorandum opinion and judgment on appeal filed on May 24, 2007. The Court of Appeals affirmed the separate juvenile court's decision terminating Wendy's parental rights to her three children under Neb.Rev.Stat. § 43-292 (Reissue 2004).
