Defendant Euvashii Imani Carter appeals from convictions of possession of cocaine with intent to sell or distribute, knowingly keeping a dwelling for the keeping of controlled substances, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of up to one-half of an ounce of marijuana. We agree with defendant's contention that the State presented insufficient evidence that he knowingly kept or maintained a dwelling...
