Alejandro Garcia (Garcia) applied for a writ of habeas corpus under 28 U.S.C. § 2254, arguing the exclusion of evidence showing medical malpractice was an intervening and superseding cause of his victim's death violated due process. The district court1 denied Garcia's application. We affirm.
