Brannon, was found guilty of four counts of sexual battery, violations of La.R.S. 14:43.1, and eight counts of molestation of a juvenile, violations of La.R.S. 14:81.2. He was sentenced to seven years imprisonment at hard labor without the benefit of parole on each of the four convictions for sexual battery and twelve years imprisonment at hard labor on each of the convictions for molestation of a juvenile...
