{¶ 1} On December 1, 2006, Magistrate William F.B. Vodrey presided over the trial in this case. Present were both plaintiff and defendant's witness, Gary Kopper. Both witnesses were duly sworn. The court subsequently adopted and approved the magistrate's decision, and overruled plaintiffs objection.
