The judgment on review in this appeal is one that granted exceptions of insufficiency of service and prescription, and dismissed all claims by plaintiffs, Jamie-Lynn and Stephen Brondum, against defendants, Suzanne Fritts and Wyeth Laboratories Lobrano(Wyeth)1.
