¶ 1. On November 9, 2005, during a plea hearing before Judge Lamar Pickard, Seriehel Belton pled guilty to sale of cocaine and conspiracy to commit capital murder. On February 15, 2006, the Copiah County Circuit Court sentenced Belton to thirty years for the sale of cocaine charge and twenty years for the conspiracy charge.
