PER CURIAM.

Defendant appeals by right the trial court's judgment awarding plaintiff no-fault benefits, penalty interest, and attorney fees after granting plaintiff's motion for summary disposition pursuant to MCR 2.116(C)(10). Defendant also appeals the trial court's granting of plaintiff's motion to compel discovery and the imposition of sanctions. We affirm.
