This matter is before the Court on Westlake Vinyls, Inc.'s Motion for Summary Judgment on Goodrich Corporation's Counterclaim (Docket # 335). Goodrich filed a response (Docket # 338) to which Westlake replied (Docket # 356). Goodrich then filed a sur-reply (Docket # 386). On August 3, 2007, the parties filed simultaneous supplemental briefs (Dockets # 541, 548). This matter is now ripe for adjudication...
