Wellington Icaza, Rosaura Jaramillo-Martinez and Gladys Icaza Peterson pled guilty to conspiracy to commit interstate transportation of stolen property and interstate transportation of stolen property in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 371 and 2314. Jaramillo-Martinez also pled guilty to illegally reentering the United States after deportation in violation of 8 U.S.C. § 1326. The appellants appeal their sentences. For the reasons...
