Donaldson Company, Inc., brought this action against Baldwin Filters, Inc. (Bald win), alleging claims of patent infringement. The case is before the Court on the parties' request for construction of disputed claim terms pursuant to Markman v. Westview Instruments, Inc., 517 U.S. 370, 116 S.Ct. 1384, 134 L.Ed.2d 577 (1996).
