The district court1 found Ron Antonio Jones guilty of being a felon in possession of a firearm and sentenced him to seventy-seven months imprisonment. See 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1) (2000). In three issues on appeal, Jones contends that the district court erred by (1) refusing to permit him to withdraw his nolo contendere plea; (2) denying his motion to suppress evidence discovered during a warrantless search...
