Parker, the plaintiff in a breach-of-contract and fraud action in the Jefferson Circuit Court, appeals from a judgment as a matter of law in favor of the defendant, William Leon Williams, Jr. Williams cross-appeals from a judgment as a matter of law entered by the trial court in favor of Parker on Williams's counterclaim. We affirm.
