Wisconsin Physicians Services Insurance Corporation ("WPS") appeals from a summary judgment granted in favor of Zurich American Insurance Company on its subrogation claim. WPS claims that the trial court erred in ruling that WPS must pay Zurich the $350,000 Zurich paid to settle a health insurance dispute.
