¶ 1 After a jury trial, appellant Mikal Rasul was convicted of one count each of attempted fraudulent scheme and artifice and forgery. The trial court sentenced him to consecutive, presumptive, enhanced prison terms of 11.25 and ten years, respectively, to be served consecutively to prison terms he was already serving.
