¶ 1. Marcia Lynn Jones, also known as Marcia S. Jones, pled guilty to grand larceny and uttering a forgery in the Circuit Court of Tate County. Jones was sentenced as a habitual offender to serve five years for grand larceny in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections (MDOC).
