On certiorari appeal from a determination of the Minnesota Public Safety Officer Eligibility Panel (MPSOEP) denying his claim for continuing payment of employer's contribution to health insurance coverage under Minn.Stat. § 299A.465, subd. 1 (2006), relator argues that MPSOEP erred in denying his claim for benefits.
