This matter is before the Court on Plaintiff's Motion for a Preliminary Injunction (Docket # 12). Defendants have filed a response (Docket # 18), to which Plaintiff has replied (Docket # 21). This matter is now ripe for adjudication. For the reasons that follow, Plaintiffs Motion for a Preliminary Injunction is DENIED.
