¶ 1 Plaintiff Joseph Vicari, administrator of the estate of his wife, Barbara Vicari (collectively, "Plaintiff"), appeals from the order dated October 26, 2006, and docketed on October 30, 2006, which denied Plaintiff's motion to remove the nonsuit that had been entered in favor of the defendants, Joseph R. Spiegel, M.D., Pramila Rani Anne, M.D., and Jefferson Radiation Oncology Associates.
