Following a traffic stop and subsequent search of her vehicle and person, Juliana Mildred Salois was charged with possession of cocaine, possession of hydrocodone, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Salois moved to suppress the physical evidence and her statements made to the police during the stop. The district court granted the motion to suppress on alternative grounds, holding that Salois's vehicle was stopped without reasonable suspicion...
